Bought a car in April from here with Mac, 8 months later car still going great, no issues at all. great place to buy a car, great communication and really helped decide from all my options.

I purchased a car September since having the car I have had few small issues sensors had gone needed new ones and then air con didn’t work so had to go back again now I’m just out of my warranty and I broke down and now the alternator has gone I know cars go wrong but to have this happen so fast isn’t great atall! I had major issues with the car I had before this and spent so much money on that so I went here with high hopes but now once again I’m going to be paying around \xa3600 to get this sorted!! I don’t feel like the car was checked properly before letting me drive away with it!

I have been waiting to receive my \xa3100 deposit which was fully refundable for close to a month now and every time I call because they recognise my number they send me straight to voicemail.

The Value car centre Jay and all the team have been incredible, absolute pleasure to do business with you.. the blow all the main dealers out the window, any issues I have with the car they have sorted straight away with no hassle at all, really good communication throughout my new (used) car is incredible, I have every faith in it. I would certainly buy here before anywhere else, I am even looking to purchase my family car from them after this experience. Thank you so much!

I brought a Tesla model 3 on line without viewing, the garage sent me photos and videos and even delivered the car for free. The parking sensors had an issue but they paid for it to be repaired at Tesla, no issues. I would highly recommend this garage, great communication and service!

I bought a beautiful RR Sport and requested a sizeable discount as I was exporting the car and did not have need for the warranty of which was accepted by both parties as sold as seen However after buying the vehicle and prior to exporting I noticed some defects which needed repairs, I informed Jay of this purely for his information accepting their was with no legal obligation on their part, and to my surprise he offered to refundme \xa31,000 for my inconvenience. A truly honourable act, thanks Jay.

A little apprehensive about buying a car online with out looking at it first, however Mac at the value car centre was great and replied to any questions promptly. Skoda citago, excellent condition, serviced and new MOT included, would definitely recommend them. Thank you
