Customer service, in my experience these days is a rarity. However, certainly not in my dealings with Quest Motor Group in Braintree. Everyone was pleasant, helpful and friendly. In particular the sales gentleman who assisted me, with my vehicle purchase, Rob Beckwith. A very knowledgeable and helpful gentleman who dealt with everything efficiently in a kind and friendly manner, and I have already recommended both him and the group to several other friends and family. With heartfelt thanks to all concerned, especially Rob. I am delighted with my vehicle!
I had a Jaguar XE, Quest did Nok work although i sent it in from a grinding noise. It was well over \xa31000, i drove along Rayne Road the car died , timing chain \xa33500 . My question is how or what did they do on the test drive. They then said to me well you are looking for a new car anyway. (Suspect) They have not completed the Subject Access Request they were asked for just keep batting me off. Aapparently was an experienced mechanic but he couodnt hear the timing chain....odd ! BEWARE
Had some work done on my Vauxhall last year including 2 new tires. Had a puncture recently and took to another retailer for a replacement. They were unable to remove the wheel due to excessively tight wheel nuts...leading to the locking wheel nut snapping. Phoned Quest as they replaced that wheel amd no one else had touched it and spoke to "Keith" who was defensive, rude, aggressive and refused to help. Luckily the guys trying to change the wheel got the nut off. Tried making a complaint about the attitude of "Keith" but never heard from the service manager. Really poor aftercare for a previously loyal customer.
