I bought a used car from this garage and had a really smooth experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, honest, and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. The car was exactly as described and well prepared when I collected it. I noticed a stone chip while driving the car home from the showroom and mentioned it to the sales advisor. They sorted it out straight away, and a repair company came to fix it at my home address three days later, which I really appreciated. Great customer service overall and I wouldn\u2019t hesitate to recommend this garage.

Just recently purchased my car from Quest. I was very pleased with the service I was provided by Rob! He was helpful and honest without all the salesman talk you normally get. I was offered all sorts of help before, during and after the sale from Rob and the team. Highly recommend.

What started out as a general enquiry as to my cars value resulted in the purchase of a car thanks to Paul Duffus. I saw a car on the internet (Ford Focus ST Line) that sparked interest and having had an online valuation of my car this was followed up by an email from Paul enquiring if he could help further. The price offered by Quests was a little lower than I had been offered but Paul quickly managed to match the other offer. I arranged to look at the car and the whole experience was relaxed and friendly with Paul keen to help but placed no pressure whatsoever to commit to buying. The end result was a sale was agreed. Certain add ons to the purchase were offerd - GAP insurance, Bodywork Protection etc - but again no pressure. I agreed on some but not all and again Paul was understanding and was happy to point out and explain the benefits of each policy without pressure. As we were about to leave on Saturday my wife noticed the slightest of dents on the rear door we hadn't noticed when viewing. Paul didn't hesitate in saying it would be sorted and whilst I was there he contacted someone to deal with it. The result was an email from Paul on a Sunday evening to confirm the dent would be removed today if I could take the car to them. I will end by saying that my son and sister in law have all purchased cars from Quests and found their service to be excellent. I now understand why. Thankyou Paul. Regards Steve
