I just want to thank nick for 1000% percent above and beyond service i have searched high and low for a part and only stratstone bmw hull have stock of the part in the whole country but not only did he make sure my order was kept aside for me he dropped it to me on his day off as he happened to be 145 miles away from his area and was in my area cant thank him enough absoulute top guy thank you nick credit to your company
My Mini was taken to Stratstone Mini Harrogate after being recovered near the A1 following a puncture. All this was arranged by Mini Assistance, as I continued my journey to attend to a family emergency. From the first call I receive from the dealership it was clear that Jessica had read the details of my circumstances. She kept me informed and made sure that my vehicle was charged and ready for collection in a very short space of time. The car was also washed and cleaned, which was completely unexpected. I can’t praise Jessica enough. As a customer through unexpected events, I felt valued. She displayed exceptional customer service.
Good experience with Porsche generally, however not allowing me to have a courtesy car when my car was in for its first MOT for most of the day was very inconvenient. I had to rely on family to pick me up from drop off and collection. In addition to the MOT I was purchasing a years warranty for my 911. A cost totalling over almost £1600.00 in total . Not the service you would expect from a prestige dealer .
