Phil was extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole process of trading in our old car and buying our new car. He was pleasant and friendly. Fantastic service from Luke Holland yesterday who helped me select a new Mercedes CLA, he showed great product knowledge and helped me through the processes online. He displayed great customer service throughout, it was a pleasure dealing with him and he showed great patience and helped me where required with online stuff. From entering the showroom to closure of the sale it was a fantastic experience, 10 out of 10 and he also provided coffee and biscuits, which is always a bonus! I’d recommend him if looking for a new car, new breed of car sales people are a delight to work with.
The people I dealt with whether on the phone or by email were polite, knowledgeable and professional throughout. They were also friendly, but importantly, for me, nobody ever called me “mate” which I absolutely hate and when it happens to me, as it often does, I find it rude and thoroughly disrespectful. This team is top notch!
