I recently booked a free vehicle health check at Audi Stoke specifically because it included Audi Cam, which I’ve previously had at my former Audi dealership. Audi Cam is important to me as it allows me to properly understand and review the condition of my car. It was the main reason I chose this dealership and drove 35 minutes to attend. When I left with my car, I specifically asked my service advisor, Spike, whether the Audi Cam footage had been recorded. I was told that it had and that it may take some time to come through. After receiving nothing, I followed up by email. I was then told the Audi Cam system had been “struggling this week” and that the video had not pulled through. I have since been told it does not look like they will be able to get it across at all. This is frustrating because at no point while I was there was any issue mentioned. If the system was struggling “all week,” that should have been communicated at the time instead of telling me it had been recorded and would be sent. It feels like poor communication at best and dismissive at worst. If a dealership cannot follow through on a complimentary service that was specifically booked and confirmed, it does not give me confidence in handing over my car for a paid service and MOT. A real waste of my time and a disappointing first experience.

We booked a service months ago but were never given a time to bring the car, only a date. When we dropped it off today first thing, they couldn't even tell us how long it would take. We mentioned that the MMI screen is faulty, so we cannot use the sat nav, phone or radio when it's not working, they said we would have to bring it back another day to get it checked, even though I know it only takes about 15 minutes to reset it. Even though we have a service plan, they tried to charge us, saying that it wasn't on the system, how many people have just paid it?? We asked about the low value of the car which is only 2 years old, they said that they didn't have anyone available today to speak to us and they would ring us later on in the day, this never happened. I would not recommend anyone taking out a PCP on an electric car as after only 2 years it has halved in value.

An Excellent service was provided by Stoke Audi when I changed my car recently. The quality of service has been consistently high over the 20 or more years that I have used this particular Share room. On this occasion, however, I also got outstanding value for money for my Audi Q4 Etron. The Q4 Etron is very comfortable and roomy but is not too wide to manoeuvre. Parking is so easy with the reversing cameras. The charging point was ordered, delivered and installed successfully within 5 days. I am delighted - no more visits to petrol stations on wet and windy nights!

I cant believe the arrogance of the highest achieving salesperson of 2024. I am certain his high achievement was gained by lying about the availability of cars within the Swansway group. I went to another showroom who informed me I was misled about how cars can be sourced and sold within the group, not what I was told. Now I am being bullied into buying a car that I no longer want. However, I still want to buy a more expensive car from another Swansway dealership. This chap was so certain he know what suited me best, it ranged from a A1 too a Q7. Then turned nasty and put the phone down on me when I informed him the sale was being dealt with at another Swansway dealership. He only wanted to sell me this car as it had been on the forecourse for 90 days plus, which means IT HAS TO GO!!. I will be making a formal complaint to the Swansway Group head office to express my disgust with the person in question attitude. I would also like to add he broke data protection GDPR regs 2018 having kept my bank details and CVV when a deposit was being returned. I have a few other snippets to discuss, however they will be outlined in the letter being sent to group. If I could give a negative grade, I would. Please stay away.

My dad who’s 75 bought an Audi and had to wait 5 weeks for the SD card for sat nav, when it eventually arrived they had him sit there for 3 hours wait for it to be fitted, absolute shocking service. As for the prices on Mot and service it’s a disgrace.
