Excellent!! Bought my first car from here, Harri was brilliant and answered all my questions and got the car ready to go really promptly. Put a deposit down and within 24 hours he had got a new MOT done on the car and had it ready to collect. Highly recommend, thank you very much!

I purchased my car back in October from Steve Rowlands car sales. I’m not the most knowledgeable with cars so poor Harri did have his work cut out with me. I travelled from Devon, and prior to going to collect the car and after Harri was super helpful with any questions I had. He had the patience for a saint. He then helped with the documentation and tax etc. Very happy with our new car Thank you

Harri is such a great guy, good communication, patient, calm and a business facilitator. I sent a mechanic to do a prepurchase check on the car, and then went down to look at it and buy. The dealer was sealed and the Dad dropped me at the train station. Its about a 1 week now, Car runs absolutely fine. I highly recommend steverowlandcarsales.

Outstanding! Great car and superb Pre- and After Sales care! I will explain. I travelled 5 hours from the South of England to pick up a reserved car, on a Saturday. Great little Honda just on inspection one of the electric windows was defective. I’m not a car expert and was hesitant but Harri and the team investigated the problem and reassured me it was a straight forward fix but needed a spare part. Harri straight away offered to have the window fixed in a garage local to me so I could take the car home. He sourced and contacted a reputable garage by Monday morning and the spare part arrived 3 days later at my home address - the new V5C shortly after. The issue has been fixed and the car is a joy to drive. From start to finish, very professional, consistently prompt communication and action. As I said, outstanding. I would do this all over again 🚀 Thank you

My 86 yr old Aunty has just purchased her 64 plate Toyota Aygo from Harri of Steve Rowlands in Ferndale and she's over the moon with the experience she received. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions, were upfront and transparent about the vehicle’s history, and never made us feel pressured during the process. The car itself is in excellent condition, exactly as advertised, and the price was very fair compared to other dealerships I had checked out.
