My father’s car was recalled and it went in today. At drop off my father was advised that his car will be wash and cleaned. When the car was ready my father was advised everything was ok and their words was the car has been fully valeted. Unfortunately this was not the case. This is de ja vu all over again! The same thing happened last year and I complained. The manager called me and left me a VM however the number he gave me was the generic number and reception would not put the call through! My father has bought 3 cars from this dealership and this will be the last. The lack of care and customer service is shocking.
I went to the Bristol branch today where I was greeted by two members of staff having an argument outside of the main door, when I went inside It did not get much better as I waited some time to talk to someone and when I did I was asked to wait next to the cars that I was there to look at. When a member of staff finally came he told me he was busy and I made an appointment to return on Friday. I then went to the Volvo garage where the staff could not do enough for me hence why I bought a new car with them , Peugeot’s loss. The service was diabolical in view.
I recently purchased a car from this dealership and had a great experience. Dipesh was very helpful, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire process.
