I write a review about my experience of Stellantis & New Maidstone over the past 5 months... I have given 5 stars primarily for the support I have received from Ashley the local Dealership Manager. He has been understanding, patient and supportive and I have now taken possession of my beautiful new 2008. Thanks also go to Toni who has always been very friendly and helpful whenever I have called, Niall who helpfully facilitated a number of test drives and Chloe who was kind, understanding, helpful and patient, with what turned out to be a bit of a protracted handover, due to having to empty a previous car and hire car into my new car and some follow up requests. Please note...My review is purely based on my experience from Stellantis & New Maidstone NOT in anyway a review of Peugeot, from whom I have received the most appalling (non existent) Customer Service over the past 5 months, which I am in the process of taking up with their Senior Management.
David, our salesman, was very helpful, informative and patient. He explained things very clearly and helped us understand everything fully. He is one thee nicest and friendliest people I've ever met and he could not have done more for us, meeting all our needs and even going above and beyond!
We were sold a time bomb. We are unable to drive a car we have had for 6 months and Spoticar are providing obstacles not solutions and Stellantis cannot help with repairs until 17th July (today is 1st April). I would genuinely question any garage that is in any way associated with Spoticar (who have 1.7 stars on Trust Pilot). We have a young child and would like the luxury of driving a car we have recently purchased. We also had some trouble after we bought the car- on our first visit we advised there was a slow puncture which we were told would be looked at. It was not picked up in the apparent extensive checks that are done on a Citroen car at a Citroen garage. We then drove it home and had to return to the garage twice after- to fix scratches that were there before purchase and to repair the slow puncture as there was a nail in the tyre.
One of the best new car sales experiences I have received in over 30 yrs of buying new cars. This was mainly due to the salesman Harry at Bristol Cribbs causeway Alfa Romeo. Clear concise information provided when required. One area of improvement required from my experience. Logistic company delivering the car to the dealership could improve their communication, this improvement would have made this a 5 star review. But I cannot fault the dealership at all, Well done and thank you.
