We visited Stellantis & You on 2 seperate days regarding purchasing a new Peugeot. On arrival we were met by Gary the Sales Manager. He explained everything that we wanted to know about Peugeot Cars not having has one before. He was extremely knowledgeable and told us everything we wanted to know. On our 2nd visit we test drove a Peugeot 3008, WOW what a beautiful car. The dash board is incredible, but he put us at ease explaining how it all worked. The test drive was good so we decided to purchase. Gary walked us through all the paperwork involved and we signed with his special pen. I have no hesitation in recommending this garage to anyone they have been fantastic (we even had an ice-cream) not many garages do that. All in all excellent service and most helpful people.
From the initial introduction to our salesperson, John was so helpful and polite and this encouraged us to choose the EV and this dealership. The whole process was managed smoothly and we were able to collect our new car in a short timeframe. John always called back when we left messages and also followed up a few weeks after delivery to make sure we were happy with everything and to offer his help if we needed it. For us, we feel that John was excellent and would certainly offer our recommendations.
Leased a Peugeot E5008 from this branch. Enquired online and had a call from Joseph, explained about specifics of car colours, specification we wanted and Joseph sorted perfectly for us. Any questions were answered quickly and a smooth process with collecting the car. Not pushy at all with trying to upsell additonal products and nothing was to much hassle to sort. He made sure the car was fully charged for my long journey home and went through all the set up and features of the car to make sure I was comfortable with it before leaving. Amazing customer service and experience. Thank you 🙂
Originally,I didn’t have a very good Peugeot experience when I first bought my new car with the Norton Group. However, these scoundrel's closed and transferred my order to Stellantis which turned out to be a blessing in disguise! Big shout out to Christianne Haswell who dealt with my order very professionally and was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I had a very positive customer experience with Stellantis!
John at Crawley made us feel welcome. Explained things well and if he didn’t know found out the answer and came back to me. Good experience ordering a new car and I wasn’t expecting it to arrive this quickly. The overall experience was great regarding the customer service and placing an order. The only thing that lets the garage down a bit is the lack of car parking when you arrive. I am a bit concerned when it comes to bringing the car back for servicing. There needs to be an allocation of visitor spaces.
