Part 2, & 4 of my Stellantis (Manchester) visits looking for a new car. Following on from my very good walk-in visit, I arranged a test drive of a DS4, this was with a very pleasant young salesman called Bobby and it was love at first drive with the DS4. When back at the showroom I had a very good meeting with Donna Malpus, i left with the deal 90% done and a phone call a few days later the car was mine. A week later I arrived at Stellantis to collect my DS4. A had a problem with my bank but with Donna’s help the car was paid for. Thanks to Donna for her professionalism and charm & Conner for the finishing touch My only 2 disappointments are, the very low trade-in offer I received for my Mitsubishi even after some negotiations. Then on my 4th visit I had to wait almost 3 chuffin’ hours to have a tyre changed after some debating and help from a young chap named Abu from the reception desk, a bit of inter-department left hand - right hand not knowing what’s been agreed.
You pay for diagnostics but they just repair what you complain about. My car had to go in twice for “problems they couldn’t have seen”, I wonder what the “specialist diagnostic“ is for. Now the car has came out their garage with gearbox problems. A semi - automatic gearbox I had changed entirely less than 6 months ago. You can’t tell me they don’t sabotage something so you come back
I recently found myself on the hunt for a nearly new car to replace my old Citroën C4 Picasso. As a Citroën fan, I was originally hoping to stay with the brand, but I also found myself falling in love with a Kia. I visited several local dealers around Ely and Cambridge, looked at a few cars, and even spoke to a dealer I have bought most of my vans and cars from in the past. Then I happened to find this C5 Aircross. I called on a Saturday and spoke to Jaxson Doyley. What stood out straight away was that he was not pushy. He did not try to break down the Kia or talk badly about it. He simply encouraged me to connect with him on WhatsApp, and we started chatting from there. He even spoke to me on the Sunday, answering questions and guiding me through things. On Monday, he sent me a great video of the C5 Aircross, and without me needing to make the long trip from Cambridge to Manchester, Jaxson arranged everything. I paid my deposit on Wednesday, finance was arranged, and the car was delivered sparkling clean on Friday morning. I soon realised the car tax had slipped through the net, but after a short call, Jaxson raced to the post office and sorted the road tax for me in Manchester. Because of that, I was able to take the car out for a lovely long family outing over the weekend. That is what I call service. Well done, Jaxson. You have lifted the image many of us have of car salespeople. A true rare find. Keep that up. You are a real asset to your company.
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. John, the sales executive, was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Gary, the used car manager, was equally helpful and ensured everything was handled efficiently. Really pleased with my purchase and the level of service I received. Highly recommend!
Booked in for a service and MOT at Stellantis Guildford. Chris Wiles looked after me, from arrival until done. Clear in all his communications, friendly and welcoming. Answered my questions quickly. Everyone at the site on 24 April was friendly and pleasant. Work was done superbly, as per quoted on booking.
Picked up my new Peugeot 2008,very pleased with it. From start to finish being no problems and salesman Paul Phillips guiding me through everything and being patient with me including lending me a usb cable as my phone was not registering with the car on wireless but was ok with the cable Paul lent me. I’ve since renewed my phone with no problem. Good service from Peugeot Leicester.
