Five months ago I purchased an 18Reg Citroen C3 with 23000 miles. It emerged that this car had been involved in an accident resulting in rusting components such as steering column and rear near side door out of line and rattling. So far Stellantis have done nothing to address the problems just empty promises that Manager Mr Mark ? will call me. Anyone purchasing a vehicle from Stellantis need to be very careful.
To the Manager at Stellantis and you Peugeot Croydon. Not sure of his name..he's in the office near the service team. I had a truly wonderful experience with this car company. From the moment I spoke to them, they treated me with genuine kindness and understanding. I shared some personal challenges I’ve been going through, and instead of just focusing on business, they took the time to listen, support me, and even kept me in their prayers. That level of compassion is rare to find, and it meant more to me than words can express. Their professionalism, combined with such heartfelt care, really sets them apart. Bought a vehicle back in March this year from Stellantis & You Sheffield. The vehicle was based at a Bristol site and I rang the Sheffield branch to find out how I would go about the vehicle being transferred to a closer site. I spoke to Steve from sales who explained the process and what would happen etc. Steve got the car there and got it all sorted and it is such a lovely car. The TPMS on the vehicle was continually turned on, I spoke to Steve and he said to take it to my local Hyundai garage to get it sorted and Stellantis will cover all costs. To the companies word this was covered over a month after driving the vehicle away. Customer service and following through on this despite not being a Peugeot vehicle was second to none. Not pushy, not your usual car dealership where they take your money and there’s no customer services. Would happily go there again.
