I was sent the wrong model of the car via delivery. The agreement and all documents had one model but on delivery i soon noticed that it was the downgraded model. I let the lease company who let Stellantis know that day but no responses about this matter. I had to call and speak to lots of people being passed pillar to post to find the right team and then emailed every member of this team before getting any sort of response. False promises made and communication being inexcusable the car was picked up and a new car being set to be delivered 7 weeks + after this. Noted of compensation and then retracted, no responses on emails even after being told that Luke Tucker had accidentally ordered the wrong car but then cant email back to simple emails. I was very very kind and allowed the problem to be resolved but the more weeks missed without communication and the feeling that even after you delivered the wrong car to me, having to chase on anyone to speak to me and it getting picked up and now the lack of any communication since then has caused me to feel not important in the slightist and instead very disrespected and disappointed.
