This company’s customer service is shite! My first negative review came after purchasing my vehicle in November 2925 with 3500 miles on the clock. There were various electrical faults resulting in the salesman booking it in for diagnostics and a courtesy car arranged. On the day of it being booked in at 0800/0830 and my dropping it off service said “you have to wait for sales as they arranged the car”. An hour later I complained as I was still waiting and eventually the car parked outside the front door all the time was released to me - guess what? I drove it away with an empty tank! After 3 days the battery was replaced and I picked up my car. The rep advised he had been asked by management to request me to delete my review on here which I did. I’ve since contacted them to ask why the service record says a service is outstanding from September last year, despite them selling it to me in November - no reply to 2 requests! I’ve received an urgent recall due to a problem with the breaks. Also chased up my query with the service record. No response to the service query but vehicle booked in for the 15/6. Despite the recall letter saying it would be needed for an hour (so I can wait), they stated they require it for the day? When I explained I’m 45 minutes away and do they have a courtesy car - they do in July and it will cost £20, despite being a recall! Don’t purchase from here would be my advice. Quick enough to take your money but don’t give a toss after they have it. As for the car, I’ll take it to another dealership who looks after their customers.
Terrible dealership Does MOT before service dispite asking customer care team and the representstive to do Service and ask for any authorization before MOT otherwise will fail. Forces an MOT knowing it fails so they can charge you.. and have to repair with them. Terrible standards.
Purchased an Alfa from this garage back in February. When I came to collect the car there was a scratch on the front wing which I hadn’t been told about. As I’d driven for 4 hours to get it I was told that we could arrange to have a mobile repair service come to me and complete the repair in a week or two. That was fine, no great rush. Unfortunately this didn’t happen, after numerous messages back and forth, each time being told it was sorted and I’d get a call from “revive” who would come and sort it nothing came. I then had a reply from Matthew (who I’d dealt with throughout) that he had left the business and I should contact Connor Miles who knew all about it. This I did and (despite seemingly not really knowing about it) Connor again promised it would be sorted and he’d give me a call in a day or two. Predictably the call never came, and Connor also seemingly can’t respond to E-mails either. As nobody seems to answer the phone I also logged a query online, also ignored and no reply. There seems to be a distinct lack of aftercare once you have paid your money, and I can only assume they are trying to ignore the issues until people just give up. Zero stars, avoid like the plague!

She worked very hard to manage my request and helped me successfully get my Peugeot car on time from the Chiswick branch. Her customer service was outstanding, and she always treated me with patience and respect. Danella is a great example of excellent customer care, and I truly appreciate all her support and efforts. We visited Stellantis & You on 2 seperate days regarding purchasing a new Peugeot. On arrival we were met by Gary the Sales Manager. He explained everything that we wanted to know about Peugeot Cars not having has one before. He was extremely knowledgeable and told us everything we wanted to know. On our 2nd visit we test drove a Peugeot 3008, WOW what a beautiful car. The dash board is incredible, but he put us at ease explaining how it all worked. The test drive was good so we decided to purchase. Gary walked us through all the paperwork involved and we signed with his special pen. I have no hesitation in recommending this garage to anyone they have been fantastic (we even had an ice-cream) not many garages do that. All in all excellent service and most helpful people.
From the initial introduction to our salesperson, John was so helpful and polite and this encouraged us to choose the EV and this dealership. The whole process was managed smoothly and we were able to collect our new car in a short timeframe. John always called back when we left messages and also followed up a few weeks after delivery to make sure we were happy with everything and to offer his help if we needed it. For us, we feel that John was excellent and would certainly offer our recommendations.
Leased a Peugeot E5008 from this branch. Enquired online and had a call from Joseph, explained about specifics of car colours, specification we wanted and Joseph sorted perfectly for us. Any questions were answered quickly and a smooth process with collecting the car. Not pushy at all with trying to upsell additonal products and nothing was to much hassle to sort. He made sure the car was fully charged for my long journey home and went through all the set up and features of the car to make sure I was comfortable with it before leaving. Amazing customer service and experience. Thank you 🙂
