In my experience Sagal exemplifies what customer serve should look like, and I base this on more than one occasion when she assisted me. Due to the manner in which Sagal managed my complaint, I felt reassured that some staff we do what needs to be done to resolve concerns professionally, which is the sort of customer serve I expect from a large company such as Peugeot.
Had a great experience for my first ever service with the official Stellatis and You service team at Brentford. There were some outstanding recalls to components on the car and despite providing me with clarity that it may not be able to complete it same day I was pleasantly surprised when the team told me they had the parts and the full service was completed same day! Customer service from the reception team was outstanding and everyone was very pleasant including the rep I spoke to - Lafira F - she couldn't have been more helpful! Will be using this team moving forward for all servicing needs in the future.
Visited Nottingham showroom to test drive Leapmotor B10. Jake was extremely helpful and provided all the information we needed and presented some great options to consider. Enjoyed the test drive and found the B10 comfortable and easy to drive with plenty of cabin and storage space. Thank you
One is always nervous when having dialogue with car salesmen as we are all familiar with the character portrayed by George Cole’s Arthur Daley. I need not have worried Les Hornsby was a perfect gentleman who answered all my questions in a efficient way which boosted my confidence in Stellantis.
I’m writing this on behalf of my father who recently purchased a used Peugeot from this showroom. First the 100 point check hadn’t been carried out, as the vehicle had to go to the service dept for approx five days for them to find the problem, receive the parts and carry out the repair. Second my father was told by the sales team that the car carried 12 months warranty, when in fact it was 6 months. The only reason my father found out was when Steliantis warranty provider telephoned him after 6 months asking if he wanted to extend the warranty. My father feels that he has been misled by this as he would not have purchased the vehicle if it didn’t have 12 months warranty. He feels extremely let down by Steliantis and You’s Preston Branch!
