Found SM cars on autotrader, it went from good to better to amazing. I had the pleasure of dealing with Stefan. The beginning: contacted them and Stefan gave his WhatsApp - perfect for me, he was quick to reply to any questions and answered everything in full. The middle: The garage is a unit on a big estate (of course we got lost) when we found it, it was not as expected - so much better, nice office, nice showroom, all professional and clean, best I’ve been to tbh. I went with my wife and 6 month old son, they made us super comfortable. The end: the car was as sold, they were honest throughout. We paid for the car - \xa350 over in cash - (we thought it was the exact right amount) Stefan counted it and told us it’s \xa350 over and gave it back to us. The happy ever after: the engine light came on and I contacted him and he was honest to the warranty. Before I could take up the warranty I crashed the car and it’s a write off, I needed some repair documents from Stefan, over WhatsApp - this is 8 weeks after purchasing the car and he sent me the documents within the same hour. For me and I think for most, if you want: Honesty Reliability Good quality car Post purchase Comfort and Peace of mind Go to this place. This a honest review, so it comes with the negatives to, and honestly the only negative is their slightly sales person-y, but that’s expected and main thing is - their honest even whilst being sell-y.

Bought my new 3 series with Stephan the general sales manager and he was an absolute professional, we agreed on a price we were both comfortable with, he was kind and understanding throughout, warranty extended for three years at a fair cost, I hope to do business with them in 4 years when it will be time for the new car, thank you Stephen.
