I went to view a car this past weekend and Jess was super helpful and professional throughout, although the car wasn't right for me she allowed me lots of time to take a look round the car and have a test drive. even though I was not able to purchase the car, I wanted they were very honest and really take their checks for the car seriously. The lady who helped me today, we refunded my deposit straight away she was most helpful. customer service is impeccable and definitely a trustworthy place I would go to in the future when I buy car. You obviously don't have a say in who buys your car over Carwow but I thought these guys deserved a shout out for their exemplary service. I arrived with the car at 8:30 as arranged, had the money in my account by 9 and used it to pay for my new car a few minutes later from the back of the Uber they'd booked me to take me to the station. They gave me an incentive to bring the car to them, rather than have it collected, which suited me. The cleaner kindly made me a cup of coffee. Super efficient all round.
Would like to thank everyone at Prestige Cars Kent for a fantastic service, especially Connor & Kelley who were both exceptional, making me feel very at ease during the whole process of selling my car and purchasing my new car. I came and viewed an Audi Q5 Sline yesterday evening with view to p/x my Audi Q5 which is in excellent condition. I was told on the phone the trade in would be £9300 and then was offered £6500 because it only had part service history. I thought the salesman was joking. The car we viewed needed work carried out. I think also I would have be paying cash so wouldn't be taking their finance!!! Buyers beware. I had also paid a £99 fee to reserve the car for 3 days and asked for immediate refund which has not been carried out. Never again!!
