I recently purchased a 2018 VW Tiguan from this dealership and overall had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were polite and professional when I did get to speak with them, and the car itself seems to be in good condition so far. You can tell the team is working hard, and customer service was friendly. However, the dealership seemed extremely busy, which impacted the overall experience. On my first visit, I had to wait quite a while just to sit down with a salesperson, and the vehicle was still being prepared so I wasn’t able to test drive it before committing—despite travelling around 2 hours to get there. When I returned the following weekend to collect the car, I experienced another long wait—over 2 hours before I could complete the handover and leave with the vehicle. Since bringing the car home, I’ve also noticed that a few accessories/items that should have been included were missing. I’ve tried contacting the dealership to resolve this but haven’t had any response, and it’s now been over a week. I believe this dealership has the potential to offer a great experience, but improvements are needed in organisation, communication, and especially after-sales support. Keeping customers informed and following up promptly would make a big difference. Overall, a decent experience but let down by delays and lack of communication after the sale.
We bought a Mercedes GLE and the service we received from Sam was amazing. He was very friendly, understanding, and took his time to explain everything to us in a clear and honest way. He made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. We really appreciate his professionalism and kindness. Highly recommended.
