★☆☆☆☆ My experience with Prestige Cars Kent was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I reserved a 2025 Tesla Model 3 and travelled to view the vehicle. Upon arrival, the vehicle could not initially be located and I was left waiting whilst staff attempted to find it. After travelling to the dealership, spending a considerable amount of time waiting and being shown alternative options, this was not the start I expected. Following the viewing, communication became a significant issue. Promised callbacks were repeatedly missed, updates had to be chased, and obtaining a battery health report became a drawn-out process. The report was eventually provided showing 99% battery health. I dealt with several members of staff throughout the transaction, including Sam Purdy, Lauren (Head of Customer Care), Gemma Henry and Abbey Hedley. Unfortunately, the information provided was often inconsistent and created unnecessary confusion. There was also a pricing dispute. The vehicle was advertised on AutoTrader at £31,499 with wording stating that the administration fee was included. Following a formal complaint, Customer Care confirmed in writing that Prestige Cars Kent would honour a revised advertised price of £31,350. This then led to further confusion regarding the final amount payable and required additional escalation before matters were clarified. After all of this, I paid a £500 deposit and arranged collection. Shortly before collection, I was informed that the agreed preparation work had not been completed, the vehicle was not ready, and the promised photos and video evidence could not be provided. The collection had to be cancelled. The dealership then offered delivery. However, I subsequently received another email advising that further damage had been identified whilst the vehicle was in their possession and that the vehicle may not be capable of being repaired to the required standard. Prestige Cars Kent ultimately recommended that the sale should not proceed and agreed to refund my deposit. I appreciate the honesty shown at the end of the process in deciding not to supply a vehicle that could not be prepared to the agreed standard. However, that does not change the overall experience. The transaction involved: * Travelling to view a vehicle that could not initially be located. * Excessive waiting time at the dealership. * Repeated missed callbacks. * Poor communication. * Pricing confusion. * Delays obtaining promised information. * A cancelled collection date. * Incomplete preparation work. * Additional damage being discovered whilst the vehicle was in the dealership’s possession. * The eventual collapse of the sale. For anyone considering doing business with Prestige Cars Kent, I would strongly recommend reading both the positive and negative reviews carefully and carrying out thorough due diligence before committing your money. My experience was stressful, time-consuming and ultimately resulted in no vehicle being supplied despite weeks of effort and a £500 deposit being paid. Based on my experience, I would not choose to do business with Prestige Cars Kent again.
I recently bought a car from Prestige Cars and had a great experience from start to finish. Jack was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, keeping me informed every step of the way and making everything straightforward and stress-free. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer any questions I had. Nothing ever felt rushed or pressured, and I felt confident and well looked after throughout the journey. I would highly recommend Jack and the team at Prestige Cars to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and excellent customer service. Thanks again, Jack!
Welcome was good, especially as they were very busy. We had not booked an appointment (an absolute must) but they really tried hard to accommodate us. We came back the following day. Joe was allocated to us. Test drove the car. Wasn't right for me, however we would purchase a car from Prestige Cars Kent if what we were looking for came available. Sales pitch quite hard to take on board, but the options to have different levels of support included in addition to the purchase was good.
