My experience at Perrys Bury Vauxhall could have been better because on seeing the car i saw it prior to be valeted. I advised the salesperson the cleanliness was of huge importance to me and was told they will make sure they ensure it is done to a high standard. When I picked up the car on the surface of things it appeared cleaned to a good standard. However when I got the vehicle home the boot looked as though it hadn't even been touched with bits of wood, straw and soil still in the boot under the storage shelf. There were dog hairs in the carpet still from the previous owners pet, stains on the driver and passenger seats, and found sweet wrappers and receipts in the glove compartment. I was in two minds to return the car but I had part exchanged my car and need a car for work so couldn't be without one. I literally had to hoover and clean the car myself straight after purchasing the vehicle. I did receive an apology off the salesperson who contacted me a few days later but it had already took the shine off buying my new car. I was hugely disappointed with it all but the salesperson I cannot fault I must make that clear.
I would not recommend Perrys Bury Vauxhall because my car had mechanical problems They took my 100 pound advance didn’t give me a chance to test drive as promised 3 months warranty. Then they took over one week to get me the car and they finished the paperwork Once I took the car immediately I have noticed there are mechanical problems with car and informed the sales, they assured immediate and all over uk service support But after one week they took the car back to their workshop and still not returned the car. And no update when will I get the car, it’s over 20 days since decided to purchase and still car is not with me It is not serving my purpose, as I can’t prepare my wife for her driving test paying insurance, finance instillments
