I would recommend Perrys Blackburn Peugeot overall, as the sales service I received was very good and the salesperson was excellent at his job. The process of purchasing the vehicle was handled professionally and efficiently. However, I do feel more time could have been given to explaining the finance agreement, along with the details of the extended warranty and wheel and alloy protection package that I purchased. It would have been helpful to have a clearer understanding of exactly what was covered and how the products worked. While the focus on the vehicle sale itself was very strong, I feel the overall experience could have been improved further by ensuring I was fully informed about all additional products and services associated with the purchase. I would also like to add that since purchasing the vehicle, I have contacted Perrys regarding a few issues I discovered afterwards. I received a call from a gentleman in the service team who was absolutely outstanding. He took the time to answer all of my questions regarding the issues I had raised and made me feel genuinely reassured throughout the conversation. Not only did he provide reassurance, but he also worked with me to put together a suitable plan to have the issues resolved in a timely and convenient manner. The level of customer service and professionalism he provided was excellent and greatly appreciated.
I'd suggest Perrys Blackburn Peugeot to a friend because of the fantastic sales lady (Lucy) and just her exceptional delivery of customer service and being so helpful and always with a huge smile, nothing was too much trouble and was kept updated all the way through to picking the car up. I drove an hour to Blackburn to check out a few cars I’d spotted online. Andrew arranged a test drive in an E‑3008, and it was brilliant to drive.
