My experience at Perrys Blackburn Peugeot was excellent. The sales adviser Lucy Ellison was first class. I don’t normally like car sales advisers but Lucy was very helpful and informative. She was great to get on with. I normally don’t buy a vehicle on the first visit but because of Lucy’s great customer care, I didn’t feel under pressure to buy and she did everything we asked when negotiating a fair deal for me . She responded swiftly to my many emails after ordering the car. I must have been slightly annoying, but she answered all the questions I had . I am a driving instructor so I asked if I could pick the car up about a week later so I could sort out swapping my dual controls. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was stress free. The day after picking the car up, Lucy rang me to check in and make sure everything was ok with the car. Previously I’d had a bad experience with the Peugeot dealership in Rochdale and I vowed never to go to a Peugeot dealership again but the Blackburn branch couldn’t have been more different. Everyone was friendly there and I’d recommend them to anyone . Thank you for all your help guys !
