I recently purchased a new car and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The service was fantastic, the turnaround was impressively quick, and the whole process felt smooth and enjoyable. The car itself is beautiful, perfect timing for summer with it being a convertible! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying experience.
I was recommended Norman motors by 2 different people as a reputable dealership, when I was looking to buy a new car. I was on a limited budget but also spending the most id ever spent on a new car, I was extremely nervous. My knowledge of cars is extremely limited. I looked through lots of options on auto trader but ultimately choose to go and have a look at the forecourt to see what was available. Clyde was the first person I spoke to and instantly put me at ease, he helped me with a test drive of one vehicle and informed of another within my price range which I later test drove with Neil's help. I also in the process was looking at other options. I have to say that due to the kindness of Clyde, Neil and the other team members I met I decided I wanted to purchase a car from Norman motors. They answered all my questions and explained it in a way that made me feel respected. In a world where car salesmen dont always have the best reputation these guys couldn't of been further from that. The dealership have throughly checked the vehicle over and ensured they've fixed any know faults. Im sure most dealerships may offer what I have detailed above but ive also heard of so many garages who dont work to the level of standard above. If you are considering using Norman motors I would like to think this review helps you making that decision on wether they are trustworthy or not. Very welcoming dealership, super helpful staff that kept me informed throughout my purchase and more importantly afterwards with a courtesy call to check all was well and to thank me for my custom. Car was beautifully presented and had a brand new mot and service. Jonathan and the other guys at the Bournemouth branch made my purchase from initial enquiry to driving away an absolute pleasure. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from Stuart, as I was based in Leicester, it would have been a long drive to Bournemouth (so purchased the vehicle online), and had it delivered. Took it out on road test with delivery driver, everything was fine with vehicle, fab service from Norman Motors, would definitely use again and recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car, very helpful and trustworthy 👍😊
