I recently bought my A class from MSS Motor group and honestly could not be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, the customer service from Joe was excellent. The team were incredibly friendly, professional, and always kept us updated with great communication throughout the process. What really stood out was that unlike other dealerships , Joe was not pushy at all and took the time to answer every question, explain everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed before making any decisions. You can genuinely tell they care about their customers. The quality of the cars they sell is amazing at reasonable prices. Everything was sorted for us so quickly and efficiently, including the MOT, servicing, and valeting, which made the whole process so much easier . Even the delivery was super fast and seamless, before I knew it the car was at my front door! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality car and an outstanding buying experience. This was the first time of dealing with mss motor group and i can now understand why they have 5 stars. If you want a perfect, friendly customer service experience then mss is the place to go. It was the little bits that others forget that makes the difference. Washing the car because of a bit of dust even though their detailer was off for the day. Changing the batteries in the key fobs which was a first for me and i have dealt with a few other garages. The most impressive thing i found was there was no pressure to buy a car which made the whole experience stress free. By the time i had left in my new car i felt like i had known the team for years. A big thank you for the perfect experience and i will be using again
MSS Genuinely cant do enough for you being honest. Dealt with Max on this and bought a stunning c250 in black. Beautiful car inside and out and I love it. It developed a slight timing chain rattle a week after I got it, but this is a common luck of the draw issue with these engines. That said max honoured the b2b warranty i took and had it immediately in the garage, new timing chain and tensioners fitted within a long day. I drove the car back the same evening all perfectly in order. Great dealership, well worthy of the glowing reviews they already have and I wish them well for the future. I shall be back when im in the market and I live 160 miles away! Sometimes you need to travel to find the best ones. Cheers again, Neil
