Excellent service, welcomed by Alex at the door. From start to finish, explained everything in great detail, gave his honest advice on different models and I have walked away very happy. Ok Let me tell you what you did which you should not have. Firstly take my car for an unauthorised test drive of almost 100 miles, then leave my diesel car with zero range with the risk of it breaking down, then in the first instance refuse to put back what was used, and finally which is the most insulting thing you could have done was to not allow me to get my reading glasses from my car to read the invoice without giving me my keys to collect them, intead i was accompanied to my car with key in your hands. None of this is good customer service that's the reason for my zero rating. Totally justified. M
I travelled a significant distance to purchase a Nissan Qashqai from Motor Range, Manchester, and specifically raised concerns beforehand based on similar reviews I had already read online. I was reassured repeatedly, including in writing from Motor Range, that the vehicle would receive a full service, that cosmetic issues would be rectified, alloy wheels refurbished, and that everything would be completed prior to collection so I would not need to return. Unfortunately, the reality did not match those assurances. The “full service” appeared to amount to little more than an oil and filter change and pre-delivery inspection. Cosmetic defects that had been specifically identified prior to purchase were still present, and the alloy wheel refurbishment was poor and inconsistent. Additionally, I was charged administration and fuel fees that were only properly discussed at the point of payment, despite previously being told the vehicle would come with half a tank of fuel. The handover itself was extremely disappointing. I was simply handed the keys without a proper walkaround or even being shown where the vehicle was parked, despite assurances that the car had been fully prepared. What has frustrated me most is not simply the condition issues themselves, but the way the complaint was handled afterwards. Despite providing a clear email trail confirming what had been promised prior to sale, the responses relied almost entirely on “company policy” and generic preparation standards, rather than addressing the actual representations made to me before I agreed to buy the vehicle. In hindsight, I regret not paying closer attention to the similar reviews I had read beforehand, particularly as I specifically raised these concerns prior to purchase and sought reassurance that I would not experience the same issues. While the car itself is generally fine, the overall customer experience and handling of the complaint has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone purchasing from Motor Range to ensure that every promise is independently confirmed in writing before collection, rather than relying solely on verbal assurances. Purchasing a car at such a significant cost should be an exciting and positive experience. Unfortunately, despite taking extra care beforehand, this experience ultimately became stressful and disappointing. I hope this review helps others avoid similar issues, particularly where assurances are not fully reflected in the final outcome. I would encourage careful confirmation of all agreed terms before purchasing, as unfortunately the after-sales customer service experience did not reflect the assurances given prior to purchase. I would strongly encourage prospective buyers to look carefully beyond the polished customer care responses to negative reviews, and pay very close attention to the recurring concerns being raised.
Well what can i say been to a few garages today, didn't have much in my price range didn't really go out their way for a sale, then your car showroom came up with alot of price range cars we were looking for, we were approached by a lovely gentleman Harris who went above and beyond for us, we looked and drove a few cars but my favourite 😍 was the black mokka really thought we wernt getting a car today I was happy with the service we received and now even happier we our new car 😊 😃
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE BEFORE READING ... potential scam company. I paid a £99.00 deposit on a BMW M235i Gran Coupe advertised on Autotrader for £20,995. Then received a call from a sales manager informing me the car was £2,000 more and the advert was a 'clerical error'. I told them I would need to think about this as it was unusual practice to be informed this after placing the deposit. Bizarrely then received a call from a different sales person stating the £20,995 price was correct. I was told I would receive a call back. One week later and with no call to me I rang and asked for my deposit back and was told it would be processed for a refund. Three days later, I rang again and spoke to a different sales manager. By this time, they were re-advertising the car at the similar price of £20,994 (and £20,895 on their own website). I was told these were more 'clerical errors' and they would return the money immediately. This repayment 'failed' for unknown reasons so I was then told I would need to re-supply my bank account number and sort code. I was assured then that the money would be returned that or the next day which I provided. I have still not received my money back and when I rang again today, I spoke to another person (third one) who told me ... I needed to resupply them with my bank account number and sort code, and they would process a refund. The next step will be a small claims court. Avoid at all costs.
What a joke they got paid 4 weeks ago from my finance company to pay off the remaining finance on my car I part ex and it has still not been paid this is going to put a non payment on my credit rating as the several times I have spoken to them they just fob me off saying we will pay someone will ring you back and still they haven't done either. If I was you ide go somewhere else as the don't care about there customers one bit after they have got your money.
