The process of purchasing my Volvo XC60 at Volvo Cars Cardiff was straightforward and stress-free. Chris and Harry were both helpful throughout, making everything easy to navigate. The staff were approachable and ensured all details were clearly explained. I felt comfortable with the entire experience and appreciated the smooth handling of the purchase. From start to finish Jake looked after us at Cardiff Audi and was fantastic. He took his time in helping my son choose his car and all the products that would enhance it. I felt really at ease talking with him and buying the car. He is an asset to the franchise and I would definitely recommend asking for his help if you wish to visit and buy a car from here. All in all a very pleasant experience and my son loves his new Audi.
I recently purchased a Ford Kuga from Mon Motors Newport Ford. Ashley was friendly and professional, answering my questions knowledgeably or finding out the information when needed. The dealership felt well organised, and the handover process was smooth without any stress. Follow-up queries were dealt with efficiently. I am happy with my new car.
I would give more stars if I could for the salesman Alan McGee at Bristol Audi. I can't thank Alan enough for his time, patience with me. He never rushed me and never pushed me to buy a vehicle like I have had with other salesmen over the years. I can never make my mind up without help from people close to me. I felt like Alan was more of a friend that was helping me to get to my own decision on what model car to buy. I left feeling happy with my decision on buying a second hand Audi Q2 black edition 1.5 petrol. Anyone going to Bristol Audi should ask for Alan. If anyone is wondering I never knew Alan before. I'm glad he answered the phone when I rung the day before.
