After the initial welcome as it was my birthday and hoping to collect my new car the experience went down hill. I was asked to sign off documents when I had not seen the cat, after being at the dealership for over an hour! It took a further 30 minutes for the car to be made available for inspection and then there were issues with how it had been prepared with dust on the inner doors and dirty/leaves under the bonnet. After this was sorted the car then had a fault before I had driven off the forecourt and I had to leave the dealership in a loan car. Poor on behalf of Stratstone and poor by JLR product.
Buying a high-performance machine like the RS6 should feel as precision-tuned as the car itself, and I’m thrilled to say my experience was exactly that. Performance Beyond From start to finish, I’ve been extremely happy with every aspect of the process. Buying a car of this caliber often comes with high expectations, and the team managed to exceed them at every turn. The communication was seamless, the timeline was respected, and the attention to detail made the entire journey feel truly premium. The Team I want to give a massive shout-out to Patrick Heyand Jon Hesson. Patrick was instrumental in keeping things moving and ensuring everything was handled with total professionalism. Jon Hessian’s expertise and approach made the transition into the RS6 smooth and incredibly exciting. The Verdict The progress of the deal was handled with a level of care that gave me complete confidence. If you’re looking for a stress-free, top-tier buying experience, these are the guys to see. I couldn’t be happier with the new ride!
I just want to thank nick for 1000% percent above and beyond service i have searched high and low for a part and only stratstone bmw hull have stock of the part in the whole country but not only did he make sure my order was kept aside for me he dropped it to me on his day off as he happened to be 145 miles away from his area and was in my area cant thank him enough absoulute top guy thank you nick credit to your company
