This was my first service, and it was a two year service. Everything went well including the use of a Velar during the service. (Wanted a Defender but ha ho). Experience was overall good, except the poor valet done free with the service, which was disappointing and a shame, as everything else was good.
Motorrad Tunbridge Wells – mixed experience: strong sales, poor aftercare. Sales team: professional, friendly, and helpful. Workshop/customer care: repeatedly disappointing. Key issues: Early 2026: bike returned from warranty repairs missing 20+ securing bolts—only noticed at home. The bike was collected and returned, which was a positive step, but further fixings were still missing on its return. March service: service completed, but the history wasn’t updated. Most recent visit today: charged £230 for an issue that should have been covered under warranty. The technician rejected the claim despite this being a common failure on the component. Bottom line: Despite good sales support, the workshop standards and handling of warranty work have eroded my confidence. I won’t be returning. I had intended to upgrade the GS to a GSA and also purchase an X3 40d—but not from this dealership.
I had booked my car in for a service and for it to be detailed as i got 2 free when i bought the car. The car was picked up on Monday morning the guy was polite and took the car away. I got the car back later in the afternoon and had not heard anything from the garage all day how my car got on and the car had not been detailed just a quick wash down not what i had expected though the service would be better by the brand.
