Excellent service. Quick responses. Came out gave us the keys and left us to have a look at the car on our own so no pressure. Really friendly and professional service. Bought the car within the hour and drove home in it. Really recommend. Hope your little man makes a speedy recovery \U0001f499 …
OK I've edited my bad review as the car has now been rectified. It took a few weeks and few arguments to finally get there but the owner has been spot on with me today sorted money for a valet to clear mold. So big thanks to him. I don't hold grudges and maybe it was just one of those things. Im just waiting on V5 now so hopefully that will arrive asap. But what I'd say here is deal with the owner he seems a very decent man \U0001f44d
They don’t reply and if they do .. just ‘robbing’ me off saying same thing after 9weeks or don’t respond to the questions asked, still waiting for logbook after 9weeks, they just text saying it’s been sent by post office not online, I’m starting to believe this isn’t true. DVLA looking into it now. Don’t receive and then wouldn’t give me the new keeper slip, supposed to have 3month warranty, still waiting to receive email since middle of February …
Excellent service and informative help! Even though It’s an old car I bought they are ensuring that it meets the standard advertised. Key issue sorted - and even came to petrol station and helped. Sensor issue sorted as advertised Code ordered for Sat Nav. And even though it was their holiday they picked up the phone and helped me. I know where I’ll be having it serviced! Many thanks.
Not to be trusted. We naively got a car here on finance after reading such good reviews (which I think most are fake on reflection) and on the way home a warning light came on then from then on we had nothing but problems. We left the dealership without the last service document and were told he would send it over when he got it. Didn’t receive this even after ringing up and being told again it would be sent. In the end we spent a good fortune on garage visits, fixing things, ended up having to sell it at a great loss.

Bought a 13 plate Ford focus from here in July. Agreed to pay more and have the clutch replaced at a local garage before purchasing. This was a mistake, it was obviously fitted poorly and cheaply, as within 3/4 weeks of driving the hydraulic system was leaking, leaving me unable to move the car in the middle of a busy road. After inspection at a local garage, the new clutch was flooded with brake fluid due to a fault with the master cylinder and slave cylinder, the latter of which was "likely damaged" during the recent clutch refit. I tried the warranty offered with the sale, which offered pittance at \xa3200 towards this \xa31300 issue. I spoke with lostock cars who agreed to bring it back up to Bolton (I had moved across country) to assess at the garage that originally did the work. This cost me \xa3450 to relocate. Admittedly I was out of the country for 3 months and delayed the relocation due to issues with finding the time to organise. This garage, on Nut Street, "investigated" the issue and decided it was only the Master cylinder that was faulty, and replaced this at cost to Lostock. After picking up the car, it drove 300 miles before presenting the exact same issue. I had this sorted at great cost to myself at the same garage that had assessed and found fault with the whole hydraulic system the first time. They found that even the master cylinder, just replaced, had been cheaply and poorly fitted. I asked lostock cars to press the garage that did this work, as they had either fitted a part incorrectly to cause the issue, or failed to diagnose the additional issues when trying to do half a job. They wouldn't do this on my behalf or provide contact details to me. They did provide some money to help with this but I was still out of pocket over 1500 overall. Caveat is that there were 3 months in the middle of this where I couldn't contact lostock regarding the issue due to being deployed overseas. This definitely frustrated the issue. If you do buy from here, do not use their local garage for works. They have been difficult to get in contact with this whole time. On top of this I have yet to recieve the V5C, despite chasing atleast 3 times over the last 6 months. I called just now and was told they could be no help and to sort it myself!
Extremely disappointed had nothing but issues with the car I bought from this dealer. They fixed one thing, but the car has been filling with water in the boot and soaking all the inside the back of the car, which Is going mouldy. I have asked them to look at it for me within their "supposed warranty period" to be told to just open a hole in the bottom of the car to let water out !!. This is not how customers should be treated. I have asked for the car to be fixed multiple times now, I just want my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
