I had previously spent three weeks dealing with really poor quality garages where vehicles were either not as described or the overall emphasis was about the sale and not anything to do with the customer. JOHN GROSE FORD WERE SIMPLY ON ANOTHER LEVEL! Faith restored. From the moment I arrived to view the car I was dealt with respectfully and how a customer should be treated when spending a large sum of money. I dealt with Sam Clarke. Sam appears to be a no nonsense guy and also assertive. The car was exactly how he described it and I couldn't be happier currently with my purchase. It wasn't just Sam either, on the day of collection I couldn't get me phone to pair with the vehicle. I then had two additional employees (I'm so sorry not have asked names) spending an additional half an hour pairing my phone to the car. All in a nice and relaxed atmosphere that was even fun additionally. This is a huge garage. To be given that much much time by people without them being pushy at all was a great experience.
Purchased and collected our first electric car yesterday the Geely EX5 Max. Kevin and Ryan were superb the whole way through the process, from the second we walked in the door to the second we left with the car we felt like a valued customer to them and there support and contact was superb. Can’t recommend Kevin highly enough for his correspondence through the process. The added benefits you get when you purchase the new Geely is ultimately the best I have seen! Also a mention to Ryan the sales manager who although didn’t directly sell us the car w bbqq met us and shook our hand on collection day as we arrived at the showroom. Thank you so much again and see you in 4 years 😉👍
Kevin and Ryan were very helpful and honest during our whole experience including the hand over of the new car and the special touches that were given including a bottle of Prosecco for my mother’s 84th Birthday celebrations. Car was presented well with a full tank of petrol and fully charged, a rare thing these days. Enjoying the car and looking forward to the many hours it will take to learn of all the features this car has to offer. Thank you to everyone at John Grose
