Car got recalled, left there and they offered a complimentary wash, left the car all day and they made us wait an extra hour, with two young kids and didn’t do the complimentary wash. Offered for us to go back for the wash and what a regret. Never told us it would be just an outside clean, asked for the car for the whole day and after we collected the car, it was worse than before. We had to clean the rear view mirror in order to be able to see, there was marks everywhere. To try to make amends they offered a “full valet” which only includes vacuum the inside. Now we lost a whole day, have been let down twice and they don’t even know what a full valet entails. Very unhappy
I recently bought a Puma Gen-E from John Grose in Woodbridge. The second car I have had from them and both times superb service. I was looking at a new one but Jack Faulds asked if I migh like to try one of their recent demonstrators. An inspired choice. A higher standard of fit, less cost a real no brainer for me as it is my first pure electric vehicle. He took great care to make sure I understood everything and phoned a week later to check all was well. Very highly recommended.
The staff were very helpful and we were able to test drive several cars before choosing the EV5. We initially had no intention of buying a full electric vehicle but are so pleased we did. Matt, the salesman, was very professional and was able to provide the answers to all of our questions and we were made to feel important throughout the process.
I had my Jaecoo 7 less than one month and I had an issue with the radio and the charging pad for the phone. I contacted the garage and within minutes I had a call back to book my car in. Once my car was in the garage the problems were looked into and fixed within the same day and they had even washed my car which was lovely. The customer service was faultless and I want to thank Eden for being so welcoming and helpful
I would have liked to put a 5 star review as the service initially was great. On collecting my car- I noticed a dent on it. It was supposed to be brand new- no damage. I pointed it out to the sales assistant and his manager came to look. Sometimes, these things happen- I was fine to take the car as they assured me it would be fixed or a new bonnet put on. But the person who does the repairs was not available. So I took the car, with the expectation that someone would be in contact... John grose has never contacted me to sort this. I have contacted John grose and asked them what the plan is, but still have not heard from them so I am disappointed they have not rectified what they said they would (even though a brand new car shouldn’t be damaged!!)
