I got my new car on the 15th April very happy about it. Only to find out the day after was warm so put the air-conditioning on. Which is not working. So I phone them up and they tell me Phone around get some quotes. And I did So phone back day after thinking this is a job for you to sort not me. to be told it’s a four week waiting time 15th May before they can fit me in! I think this is unacceptable
My experience at Hilton garage was brilliant.Jake leading the hand over,in my opinion was fantastic,from getting information and then going the extra mile (quite literally had him running around for us)to setting myself and husband at ease with great banter and laughter.as a first time car buyer it’s nerve wracking but the help from Jake is quite easily 10/10 for his genuine, helpful and funny support. if I need a new car in the future I will come back to Hilton garage and request to have assistance from Jake 😄
