From the start he was kind, professional and very reassuring during the test drive, which made me feel much more confident and comfortable with the process. He took the time to give me lots of useful information, answered all of my questions and genuinely went out of his way to help. Nothing felt rushed or pressured and the whole experience was smooth and stress free. Really happy with both the service and my car, thank you Paul! Highly recommend.
