Be very wary when visiting this garage. I paid a deposit for a vehicle that was showing on their system as “coming soon”. I was assured that I would be contacted as soon as it came into stock. There were a further two telephone conversations the same day regarding the vehicle but then I received a call at 9pm that evening telling me that I could no longer have the car as they had sold it to someone else!!!
I had a great experience buying my Toyota Yaris from Hilton Garage, thanks to Tom Robotham. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. There was no pressure at any stage — just honest advice and excellent customer service. Tom made everything straightforward and stress-free, kept me informed, and made sure I was happy with the car before driving away.
