I had a very disappointing experience with Hilton Garage. The vehicle I purchased was clearly not prepared to a reasonable standard. Within just one month, I had to spend over £1,200 on essential servicing and repairs issues that should have been identified and resolved before the car was sold. When I raised these concerns, their response was unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility, they relied on the warranty expiry and stated they do not carry out full servicing on used vehicles. This raises serious concerns about their standards and duty of care. They also failed to properly address additional issues I reported, including the condition of the windscreen, showing a clear lack of accountability. Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before purchasing from this dealer.
