Still no update on my car that has been in the service centre for 5 weeks. Given that I had the car for less than 7 days before it broke down you might have thought they would want to try and get the problem fixed. Paying tax and insurance on a car sitting in the garage. Communication skills very poor. Having to chase every week. Will have to now drive in person to speak to a manager as this is completely unacceptable.
Am amazing experience from start to finish. There was no pressure at all from the start. All cars that were advertised on the website were there, and if they aren't on the lot a quick ask and short wait and they bring them over for you to view. Once chosen we went to reception and Dan Harrison was on hand to help with everything. He went through all available finance options (and had back ups just incase), explained everything really clearly and was really reassuring with any questions and queries we had. Communication was great from the start, with phone calls on how safety checks on the car were going and when collection would be possible. Will definitely be recommending to anyone who asks and will definitely be using in the future if/when a car is needed!
