It was a smooth process despite the very long wait to get the car and paperwork done. There was no pushy sales from Sean and didn’t feel pressured into by buying anything I wasn’t interested in. Met Max, the sales professional, on Thursday evening, no heavy selling just a lad working hard, just being himself, a really nice, professional lad. He did a fantastic job in detailing all the paperwork we were required to go through enabling me to get my new car sorted and signed off. Collected the car on Sunday and all again went smoothly, definitely an A+++ experience.
Great sale experience which thought would be backed up with smooth collection experience however, I was disappointed. Many staff wandering around seemingly doing nothing while every seat was taken in the waiting area of customers waiting for collection or to discuss a purchase. I would like to add I was booked for collection at 12pm however the vehicle was not even on sight when we arrived. After 40 minutes a customer assistant came to ask what we were there for. We explained and she said she would conduct our handover. She then explained she could not locate the documents pack. What concerned me most was the fact that she said this was normal practice stating this is what she does most weeks looking for lost documents that could be anywhere this includes my second key for my vehicle. She did state these documents will be posted when found or replaced by them.
