Initial visit and purchase was smooth and pretty hassle free but work promised to be done hadn’t been (dents removed) and car wasn’t very clean when we came back to take it away. When viewing there were salt packets in the glove box and tissues on the floor. Salt packets were still there and flys, bugs and dirty splashes all over the car. Salesman took it away and rewashed it but wasn’t very happy as not hard to see it wasn’t clean.
I recently bought my car from Hilton Garage Derby and received excellent service from Tom Robotham and Lydia. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. They took the time to answer all my questions and made buying my car a smooth and stress-free experience. I really appreciated their honesty, patience, and great customer service. I would highly recommend Hilton Garage Derby to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming dealership.
We came to see a couple of cars and we were told where ione was located. The car in question was not where we were told it was so we had to go looking for it. They were not interested in showing us the second car just told to go and look. Everything was extremely rushed the environment in the reception area to actually sorting the buying a car out. If you like a no nonsense rushed experience in buying a car then this is the place. If you like to take a look have a talk about you chosen car or even a little personal service then avoid this place
