I have made reservations for a test drive on a vehicle to be contacted on the same day both time with the same excuse why the vehicle was not there to go down and find the vehicle has been in a work shop for a month so I was messed around for two weeks for nothing would not recommend to anyone
Visted hilton garage , test drove a car on 2.4.26, told to put deposit down until I made my mind up as few questions I needed to be answered ,told the same bloke would call me the next day , no call so rang today to be told he booked today off , asked the questions I needed to know noone coudl answer them thrn to top it off I asked about service as car hadnt had one for 15mth so is overdue to be told it wont be done either as its ready to leave I said its not ready if its had no service or been cleaned as I had mentioned this yesterday & was told i need to wait for the guy to be back , this has relaly made me not want to buy from you as your customer service is shocking !!
Extremely disappointing experience. What initially seemed like a smooth and promising process quickly turned into a nightmare once payment was made. There were repeated false promises throughout an already stressful and frustrating situation, with little to no communication or updates. To make matters worse, the sales assistants were consistently rude and unhelpful. Overall, a very poor experience that I would not recommend.
