The sales process has been very slick and easy, well supported by AI and automation. Call centre answered promptly and car delivery was efficient and easy. The after sales process is the complete opposite, calls picked up by an automated service, no follow up and no response. Several calls and emails but no response.
We had a very traumatic time when a car we had purchased only 3 months earlier needed the engine replacing. On taking it back to Hilton Garage Hana Shah one of their sales girls looked after us with great efficiency. She took control of everything and made us feel much better. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We were offered our money back or look for another car . We decided on the latter and she advised what she thought would suit our requirements. She fetched three cars close to the door as my husband cannot walk very far. We decided on the one we would like to purchase and again Hana handled this with great efficiency . Well done Hilton Garage on employing such great staff. Caring and very efficient.
