Terrible experience. I visited on a Friday afternoon to test drive a Volvo, having paid a \xa3195 deposit on the Monday of the same week, on the clear understanding that it was fully refundable if I chose not to proceed. After viewing the car, it became clear that it did not meet my requirements, as the boot opening was not large enough for the equipment I carry. I contacted Tim first thing on Saturday morning to explain this and request the return of my deposit. He refused to return my deposit indicating he could have sold the car to someone else, which was incredibly dishonest of them. I had to fight extremely hard to get the deposit back, including a written complaint, causing me unnecessary stress. I would not not deal with them ever again.
What can I say! 5 star from me. I came in on the 18th Jan when you opened and all I can say from start to finish was a breeze. From looking at all the cars to picking and sorting out my tax. Nothing was left untouched. Any question I had was answered fully and I left with my brand new car feeling I had support if I needed any. It\u2019s the small details in life that make an experience so much better and you all done it for me. Next time I go looking I\u2019ll make sure it\u2019s not at 3am.. \U0001f602
To Barry and the Team. Just wanted to thank you for supplying and helping our Tesla Model X when it\u2019s had issues. Problem solving and working with the warranty company when needed. 6 months on still happy customers and will recommend you to our friends and family and return for our next cars. It\u2019s not just about the car as thy didn\u2019t make it (obviously) but what they do when there\u2019s an issue. That\u2019s customer service. Purchased a lovely VW Polo here last week. Barry and Simon were incredibly helpful and did us a super deal. Can\u2019t fault the service, price and car! Thank you and we\u2019ll be back again, fully recommend trying this family run business, based on our experience 10/10!
