Did not feel like a valued customer. When I first drove the car it had a bad judder. The salesman promised it would be fixed. I wanted to make sure that, when I drove it again, we could test it at motorway speed and he agreed. When I went to pick up the car I was kept waiting for over 30 minutes. When I was finally seen, I was told that a test drive at speed was not possible and that the previous salesman had lied to me. The manager apologised and said he would send me an email promising a full refund if they could not fix the judder fault if it reoccurued withing a month. He never emailed me. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
Very fair and professional in their dealings. They offered me an acceptable trade-in price which they kept to. The purchased car was newly serviced and cleaned, and ready for me. One small glitch was quickly remedied. The paperwork and payment side was handled smoothly and quickly. My only adverse comment would be that I kept being sent a document about insurance and finance which was totally irrelevant to my purchase.
Went to pick up my new car to find it was £100 more than was advertised iasked about the kia warranty and was told as long as I kept the service record up to date when I got home and checked the service book it was blank and should have had a service in May 2025 what do I do.also your px valuation I thought was low
I've just bought my third car from fow there's always plenty to choose from so I can always find just what I'm looking for and the prices are really competitive, the service and the staff are second to none they're always ready to help. I would recommend fow to anyone. Thank you and best regards Kevin Parry.
