Recently bought my Audi from FM Motors Wembley and had a great experience throughout the whole process. The service was professional, smooth, and very friendly from start to finish. Special thanks to Smitbhai for being extremely helpful, honest, and supportive during the purchase. He made everything easy and stress-free, and answered all my questions patiently. Very disappointing experience with FM Motor Co. I paid a \xa3500 deposit to reserve a Mercedes Sprinter and arranged a professional independent inspection at my own expense (\xa3212.99), plus travel and time off work. The inspection revealed multiple concerns including suspension wear, electrical fault codes, glow plug issues, uneven tyre wear and poor servicing history. While we were waiting for clarification regarding these issues, I noticed the vehicle appeared back on the market again, then later removed, and during the same period the vehicle also showed as taxed with a newly issued V5C date. Despite this, I was later told the vehicle had suffered a \u201ccatastrophic failure\u201d and the sale could no longer proceed. To be fair, the \xa3500 deposit was refunded after formal legal communication, but the dealership refused to reimburse the inspection costs caused by the failed transaction. I would strongly recommend arranging an independent inspection before purchasing, as the vehicle I reserved was found to have multiple issues despite being presented as a good vehicle. Very stressful and frustrating experience overall.
Excellent experience with FM Motors! All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, especially Raj and Faizu. Most of my dealing was with Raj, and I can honestly say he is an amazing person\u2014honest, cooperative, professional, and truly dedicated to customer satisfaction. Before buying my car, we had long discussions about selecting the right vehicle, and everything was completely transparent. Raj guided me through the whole process with patience and honesty, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in my purchase. What impressed me even more was their after-sales service. Whenever I needed anything for the car after purchase, I simply called Raj, and he personally arranged everything for me. He even picked up the car from my home, got the work done, and returned it back to me. That level of service is rare and truly outstanding. I highly recommend FM Motors to anyone looking for a trustworthy dealership with exceptional customer service. May God bless Raj, Faizu, and the entire FM Motors team with even more success!
Had my car for over 6 months now, and not had the slightest issue with it yet. I was very pleased with the service at FM, they were helpful and ready to spend time with me when it was needed and also left me alone to prod & inspect. They seemed like a decent bunch of guys. No complaints.
I have some business dealings with Faisal over the last 5 years and i can confirm that he has always been very fair with me. He always offers the customer an opportunity to leave a holding deposit on the telephone via visa on any car that may be for sale on his website, this then illiminates any disappointment the customer may face when travelling long distances to view a vehicle assuring that it will be for sale when they turn up! In my opinion i think he has been commented on quite unfairly with individuals trying to tarnish his very good customer reputation....i just felt i owe this to FM motors as they are a great team and lovely people to deal with Thank you Faisal!!!
EDIT: they are threatening us with legal action and court for a honest review be careful! Ignorant and awful communication. Said they would put the finance application in nearly 2 weeks ago and then started to ignore and avoid us. Called off a different number to see if we were definitely being ignored and yes we were, was told on that call someone would call us back and shock heard nothing. After reading all these 1 start reviews I think I got quite lucky!
When I buy a car I have to feel comfortable and content with who I am buying from. If not- I won\u2019t buy even a perfect car. Faisal and Raj are just brilliant, just what we needed after a nightmare experience at one of the big dealerships. They have a great personal touch and good people working with them. Nothing was too much. Faisal is a Tesla expert and provided full and accurate advice on how to navigate the Tesla car world. Thanks all - really happy!
