EDIT: they are threatening us with legal action and court for a honest review be careful! Ignorant and awful communication. Said they would put the finance application in nearly 2 weeks ago and then started to ignore and avoid us. Called off a different number to see if we were definitely being ignored and yes we were, was told on that call someone would call us back and shock heard nothing. After reading all these 1 start reviews I think I got quite lucky!
When I buy a car I have to feel comfortable and content with who I am buying from. If not- I won’t buy even a perfect car. Faisal and Raj are just brilliant, just what we needed after a nightmare experience at one of the big dealerships. They have a great personal touch and good people working with them. Nothing was too much. Faisal is a Tesla expert and provided full and accurate advice on how to navigate the Tesla car world. Thanks all - really happy!
Do not buy any vehicles from this company if you fancy getting scammed. Sold a car with broken ac faulty gearbox pressured us to buy warranty so we can claim on it. No garage wants to accept this warranty as they're one of the worst warranty companies around. Wouldn't take the car back we are now 5k out of pocket... Absolute scamers should be ashamed of yourselfs
I had a very disappointing experience with FM Motor Co Ltd. After purchasing a car from them, it quickly became clear that the vehicle had several problems that should have been addressed before it was sold. When I contacted the company to ask for help, I felt that they were not very supportive in resolving the issue. Instead of working with me to fix the problem or offering reasonable assistance, the response I received left me feeling ignored and frustrated. Buying a car is a big decision, especially for people who may not have much knowledge about vehicles. Dealerships should take extra care to ensure the cars they sell are properly checked and that customers are supported if something goes wrong. Based on my experience, I would recommend that future buyers thoroughly inspect any vehicle and ask plenty of questions before purchasing.
I had a very disappointing experience with FM Motor Co Ltd. When I purchased my car from them, they were not clear or specific about the condition the vehicle was actually in. At the time of sale, everything was made to seem fine, but after owning the car for a short while, problems started to appear that clearly should have been mentioned beforehand. The most frustrating part is that the car is still under warranty, yet when issues came up and the vehicle broke down, the dealership was very unhelpful. Instead of supporting their customer and honouring the warranty properly, they seemed reluctant to assist and made the process unnecessarily difficult. It felt like they were avoiding responsibility rather than trying to resolve the issue. Communication has also been poor. Getting clear answers or updates has been difficult, which only adds to the frustration when you’re already dealing with a broken car. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the service and the lack of transparency. I would not recommend FM Motor Co Ltd based on my experience, as I expected far better support and honesty when purchasing a car with a warranty.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM THESE SCAMMERS. This so called dealership loves to sell vehicles in which are not roadworthy or have underlying problems in which they hide. My father in law finally decided to purchase himself a newer vehicle in which he believed would be a vehicle he would keep long term. After making a purchase for \xa313.5k he was able to drive the vehicle approximately a month when the weather conditions improved he wanted to use his airconditiong however this was not so easy. The air-conditioning wasn't working, after taking it to a local garage they had I formed us that there was two cracked pipes from the air-conditioning unit. My father in law contacted Fm Motor Co in which they said they would cover the repair warranty. The company decided to scam my father in law into purchasing warranty from the worst providers of all in which cost him further funds. Unfortunately the parts were on back order from Nissan so the whole summer (what use he was able to get from the vehicle) was left in a scorching hot vehicle. After calling them up myself they persisted that they had an agreement and that they would not take the vehicle back but the warranty company would resolve this problem.. I explained that the vehicle had underlying problems and should be dealt with in house rather than costing my father in law further costs the guy on the other end of the phone- faizal was rude and patronising and was not very professional. My father in law explained to me that he would rather just keep the warranty for any further issues that would potentially come up in the future... Well that future came a couple months later when the vehicle had severe issues with the gearbox. After calling several garages locally and futher away from our location none was able to assist due to us having the worst warranty provider or did not specialise in automatic gearboxes. I went back to the dealership as my father in law was not very good with understanding the concepts or the procedures of the whole claims process etc.. one of the members of staff advised that there is a garage close to them who deal with this particular warranty company and specialised in the automatic gearbox. After paying for the vehicle to be recovered there we recieved a diagnostic report of \xa36.5k which is almost half of what the vehicle was worth/purchased for. The warranty company did not want to approve anything until the gearbox was dismantled and a commitment was given to the garage incase they would not pay out. After several weeks of this vehicle sitting there the garage decided they are aware that the warranty company would not process this claim and wanted the vehicle removed. After reaching back out to fm motor Co they insisted that the cost of the repair is high and it shouldn't be that bad. The vehicle was recovered back to my father inlaws address which incurred further charges. Letters was sent to the fm motor Co and they did not wish to take a liability or offer any resolution even though they knew they was at fault. In the end my father in law had to pay out an additional \xa34.5k separately to get this vehicle repaired to be able to use his purchase. They had left a vulnerable person without a motor vehicle for approximately 6-8 months due to being selfish scammers. I attached both repair costs (air-conditioning and gearbox repair). FM MOTOR CO YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES FOR THE WAY YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS AND BELIEVE ITS ACCEPTABLE TO DO WHAT YOU DO.
Bought a car, they hid how bad the rust was, I would not have known without removing under trays and covers. Took to a garage for an inspection (luckily) who said this car should not have got through previous MOT’s and will not get through any more without a lot of work resulting in it costing far more then the car was worth (the garage also said I was lucky the car hadn’t completely fallen apart with how bad the sub-frame was). Tried returning the car but apparently they would “need to repair the rust before selling the car again” (which they early should have done in the first place before selling me the car. And refuses to refund the total amount. Car was \xa33800 and I lost \xa3500 returning it because somehow the rust comes out of my pocket when they sold the car with full knowledge of this issue and tried to save money by not fixing it. And when it was brought to them I have to be the one paying partially for the repairs. Would not recommend. Which is a real shame because the guys I spoke to seemed lovely. Just a shame it was a scam!
