I collected my new vehicle from this garage and was a little nervous as it was a long journey and I haven\u2019t come across the garage before. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the location and customer service. The individual who assisted me was called Matthew and was extremely helpful as well as reassuring throughout the whole process. Matthew provided prompt responses and all the information required for me to make my decision on purchasing a car from this location. I would highly recommend visiting this and looking at all the vehicles. All of these were in great condition with a vast range of choice suitable for everyone. I would also like to thank Matthew and the team for such a great experience in purchasing my vehicle.

I travelled down from Glasgow, I was quoted a good price for my car. I was dealing with Matthew who made the whole process as pleasurable as good be. The communication from Matthew was 1st class. I would definitely recommend using this garage as they are as honest, helpful and their customer service is 2nd to none. I would again definitely buy from them again. I recently brought a second hand car from Evolve Motor Company. To say that it was a first class purchasing experience is very much an understatement. From the minute I made the first enquiry via the website, the whole experience was 5 star. Matthew my sales chap, was just brilliant, not a typical slime sales guy, no he was knowledgeable, emphatic, charming, thoughtful and answered every question, even outside of office hours. The whole process from being a customer was just seamless. I drove away with no stress, a beautiful car and a smile wider than a Cheshire Cat. A special mention though has to go to Matthew. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Matthew was my sales rep and was in constant contact with me with any updates on the vehicle as the process progressed, I genuinely would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from these guys. Thanks for the car and see you again in the future.
Good experience with some minor issues. Matthew was extremely helpful with sorting my new car out, even replying to me late at night to help get the deal sorted. Very professional and friendly as well as the other team members. First complaint is the terrible swirl marks I\u2019ve noticed since getting home on the bonnet in particular, where it\u2019s been briefly machine polished but not correctly it\u2019s left a load of swirls in the paintwork which unfortunately don\u2019t seem to be coming out very easily, so looks as though I will need to spend \xa3300-400 on a professional detailer to machine polish it properly to remove the swirl marks. A real shame as the red is a lovely colour. I appreciate cars need a valet but I would have preferred just a standard wash if not done correctly. I did inform them of this issue but no resolution was offered\u2026 Next issue I encountered was getting my previous finance settlement processed as agreed under the contract to my new car as I was PX my old car. I was originally told the settlement would be paid the same day and was led to believe it had been paid, but several days later it transpired due to \u2018admin errors\u2019 they hadn\u2019t even processed the settlement finance meaning my previous finance company were still charging me and chasing me up for payment proof from the dealer etc. Once I submitted a complaint that I\u2019d return the car and report through the appropriate authorities, the settlement was then processed immediately and proof of payment was sent to me. The finance was successfully cleared. Overall Matthew was brilliant, and Shane another employee is currently discussing a solution with myself in regard to sorting the car bonnet paintwork issues out.

The aftersales experience at Evolve Motor Company was extremely poor. I was repeatedly lied to over several months about the V5C/logbook, and communication was frustratingly unreliable, the aftersales line was often unanswered, going through sales was the only way to get updates and even so promised callbacks rarely happened. At no point did the dealership proactively contact me. During the test drive, a speaker wasn\u2019t working. It was replaced incorrectly and clearly not checked, aftersales gave no clear delivery date for the replacement, and multiple calls were required for any updates. Paint damage on the bonnet was agreed to be repaired before collection, but a few days later I was told it wouldn\u2019t be done, even though I was happy to wait over a week to fit their schedule. Instead, a \xa3100 price reduction was offered. The car also wasn\u2019t as clean as promised, lacking the polish they advertise before purchase. Everything seemed great up to the point of sale, but being lied to for months, along with the overall shocking aftersales service, completely ruined what should have been an exciting experience getting a new car.
