Please read the bad reviews before even considering purchasing a car from this company. They are quick to take your money and then once the car has been sold to you, good luck trying to get hold of ANYONE at Evolve. Their customer service is beyond appalling. We have been waiting for them to return our calls from three weeks ago. Please please please avoid this company and shop somewhere else
READ THE 40+ RECENT NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY! Now going into the fourth week waiting for issues with a recent car purchase to be resolved \u2014 all of which were agreed at the time of sale. We dropped the car back at the garage where it sat for a week for certain parts to be replaced, only for us to be told that the parts had never actually been ordered despite previously being assured that they had been. We had to collect the car for a second time with the issues unresolved. They overpromise before the sale and underdeliver once payment in full has been received. This whole experience has caused nothing but stress. I would not recommend dealing with this company. PLEASE read and believe the other negative reviews and look elsewhere!

We bought a car from Evolve Cars and left our old car as part exchange. Since December they didn\u2019t change the logbook into their name, which has caused us nothing but stress. We started receiving fines, debt collection letters and all sorts relating to the old car even though it no longer belongs to us. We contacted the company multiple times and every time we were told \u201cwe will sort it\u201d, but now we are in May and absolutely nothing has been done. The letters keep coming and the issue is still ongoing. Very disappointing experience and terrible aftersales service. Something so simple should have been dealt with immediately. Would not recommend.
