I had an excellent experience with Evolve Motor Company, I dealt with Nick mostly and his customer service was second to none. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me through the whole process. Anything I asked, he couldn\u2019t help with enough. Nick answered all my questions clearly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend asking for Nick if you\u2019re looking for great service and an honest, professional experience. I will definitely be buying all future vehicles from here and will be recommending to anyone who is looking.
Recently bought my Audi s1 from evolve and I could not recommend a better company! After a terrible experience with a previous dealer I was hesitant but straight off the bat nick was amazing and far from pushy! I pointed out some bits that weren\u2019t a deal breaker but just an observation and all of them were sorted when I collected the car The car was extremely tidy and looked new when I collected it thanks to Jack Definitely will be back for another car!
From my first contact with Evolve, the service I have received has been fantastic. I saw a BMW online which was perfect, but unfortunately it was 300 miles away. I spoke to Harry and he was very knowledgeable, and I felt he was a really genuine guy who cared about his clients needs, so I left a deposit until I was able to view the car. I went to the garage yesterday (24/01/26) and the car was prepped and ready for my arrival. I took the car for a test drive, went into the office and signed the paperwork and was out within an hour. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional, I would highly recommend this garage (and Harry).

A great experience with Evolve! Contacted them late on a Thursday, contacted by Nick early Friday, viewed / test drove Friday. Secured same day & collected Thursday. Nick was incredible from start to finish. Made the entire process extremely smooth & was very factual and informative. His updates & communication were second to none. Will definitely be recommending Evolve to those I know looking for a new car. Cannot fault them :-)
We purchased a vehicle back in April 2025. The after sales service has been nothing short of appalling. When we went to collect the vehicle there were 3 chips in the windscreen. We pointed these out to the salesman (Nick). He advised that Evolve would cover the cost of a replacement windscreen/repair. We took Nick at his word and went through with the purchase. Since that day we have chased by email, phone and in person for the windscreen to be replaced with absolutely no resolution or success. The suggestion was that we should claim for this on our insurance, despite the damage being caused pre-policy inception. We do not have glass cover on our policy and informed Evolve of this. We have sincw been asked to send quotes across for a new windscreen, which we have done from various windscreen repairers. We were told that a local company had been appointed and paid to do the works, we went to see them and they had no knowledge of the job, nor had they received payment. We have called again today and been informed by the Manager that Evolve are not going to repair or replace the windscreen, they have lied for months. I have an email trail with requests for quotes and reassurances that they will "put this right" but now, some 9 months on we find ourselves left out of pocket and lied to. Please do not waste your time and money with this organisation. Read and believe all of the negative reviews on here, we wish we had.
