Matt at the service centre was absolutely brilliant throughout. He took the time to understand the issues properly and really listened to everything I had to say. He remained calm, collected and professional at all times which gave me complete confidence that he could handle any situation presented to him. I believe Matt is exceptionally talented when it comes to customer service and problem-solving. It is rare to come across someone so capable, patient, and solution-focused. He is truly one of the few people who seems to have an answer for every problem. This was some of the best customer service I have ever received.
Going by my past experience, Not a great dealership. Just recieved an email from them that EH have taken over Reads of Humberston who are the main Hyundai dealers. This is bad news, Reads always offered a first class service for its customers. Looks like I will have to go elsewhere for my Hyundai cars and service.
Excellent Garage Would Recommend Purchased a vehicle this week and would definitely recommend this garage. Faye was very professional and answered all of questions. Other garages I have felt quite intimidated going in but the office area was very friendly and welcoming. Thankyou to Daniel also for organising the finance so quickly. Will definitely recommend using this garage.
