Had a Ford Kuga June 2025, had it serviced by them April 2026 and fixed some problems costing nearly £2000 and now the car continues to stop running. I called Monday to ask exactly what they’ve done to the car and tell them we don’t want it sorted or we will bring it back. Jordan the mechanic was absolutely brilliant. Made an appointment for today (Friday). Partner took my 15 month old daughter today to the dealership to see the manager and hand the car back over and waited 2 and a half hours in the waiting area with the baby being told the manager will see him shortly whenever he queried where he was. He left after 2.5 hours in a taxi still having seen no one. Absolutely shocking !!
Great communication- timely and as promised arrangements and updates. Car treated with care with full works report. Staff friendly and helpful. Front desk phone line dependable for getting answered compared to Service department phone line. When my Genesis EV is required to next visit a garage I’ll be looking to send it here.
