I have recently purchased a a Hyundai i20 at this site and I would just like to say that the staff at this site as so polite and helpful, I was helped by a salesman called Connor and he was friendly and polite and was very helpful he showed me around compound and was patient with me and answers all my questions, he took me through every step when purchasing the vehicle as this was my first time getting a vehicle on finance. The vehicle is amazing and pristine and Connor ensured that it was a quick and stress free experience and I just canāt thank Connor and the amazing team at Hyundai Grimsby the reception Pam was friendly and welcoming, and Matt the sales manager was amazing he was polite and friendly he ensure that I was getting the best price for the vehicle and worked with me to keep within my budget as best he could and i greatly appreciate this and overall an amazing site everyone went above and beyond with customer service I will definitely be returning here when I am ready to exchange my vehicle. Thank you
I felt the customer service was poor. It took 2 weeks to get an appointment for my car. I was told it would be a half day job to fix. I took it in on the Friday and then received a call to say it was a harder job than expected even though they knew what needed doing 2 weeks previous and would definitely be finished by the Monday. I rang at Monday dinner time as I had heard nothing and we were going on holiday that day. I was told it would be finished by 5pm, so that was the first day of our holiday gone. We then rang back at 4 as we had still heard nothing and were told it was still on the ramp and may not be finished in time. We had to push them to fix it as we couldn't miss another day of our holiday. They finished it at 6pm. I feel that if we hadn't have rang we would not have heard back from them on the Monday at all. To say we were angry is an understatement. To top it all off they have not fixed the issue I took it in for. The noise I wanted them to look at is still there and not any better.
Fantastic service from start to finish from Linda and Mark. Really felt like they were doing everything they could to make the experience as personable and smooth as possible. Although Iām not local, I would be more than willing to go out my way to be served by them again. Lovely showroom and great selection of cars.
Terrible company. Would never buy a car from them again. Sold us a faulty car, returned it and received Ā£2.5k less than we bought it for, also sold us a miss sold guarantee that was not compatible with our type of vehicle, and also made us pay the towing fees to return the car. STAY AWAY
