Evans Halshaw Ford Wolverhampton
59 - 73 Birmingham Road, Wolverhampton, WV2 3LS
I have purchased this lovely Nissan qashqai at Evans Halshaw Sunderland but I am so disappointed with the service and condition of the vehicle was presented. I understand its a used car but I didn’t expect so many things to be wrong. To start with service history and wallet manual was missing, no carpets, isofix covers missing, boot cover handle missing, boot itself was a mess. Glass roof full of stickers, car was soaking wet as they claimed it was valeted, which I thought it was very poor quality prep and unprofessional. The pictures show some justice. Wheel valve caps missing on four wheels. The list continues, I could not believe how poor was this sale and the condition the vehicle was presented!!!! I traveled from London and paid the deposit prior to the sale. I was promised they will post the wallet with manuals and service book stamped including the carpets. One week now I haven’t received nothing. I will have to start legal action if they don't step up their efforts to rectify this issue I have experienced. It felt like I’ve purchased the vehicle in auction and not at the main dealer. I am so shocked that I am feeling embarrassed to tell friends and family where I bought the car. Very sad 😢
I had my car serviced and MOT by Evans Halshaw Debbie was brilliant and so was the Tech the video that is sent of your vehicle is brilliant. And price wise i did not think it was bad at all for what i had done. Would i use them again yes i would brilliant service and reasonable prices.
Poor customer service, rude Service department took three months to get back to me. promised a call from a manager and received nothing, left a poor review on Google and got a message back saying someone would look into it and management would contact me back. one week later and no further contact. clearly don't care about customer service.
Evans Halshaw were recommended to me by a personal friend and they did their utmost to find the car that I wanted in my price range, which was high spec and well maintained. I got the date of my MOT incorrect but they still fitted me in, without complaint. My only issue was that my tyres needed air and they did not do that for me, which would have been nice but overall my experience was good.
Thankyou very much for the usual excellent service when I took my car in for an MOT and oil change. Well looked after, lots of cups of coffee, very friendly staff, polite and keeping me up to date throughout my visit. Thanks to JD, Fay, Ryan, Ben, Charlotte and others that I apologise for forgetting the names of.
Today I had to take my recently purchased Ford Kuga back to Merthyr Ford with a 10 inch scratch on the rear wheel arch which i had not noticed when I purchased it last week. There was no quibble about rectifying it. The customer service and expertise by Anthony was fantastic. Great job.
